Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to permit the Petitioner to operate the vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN28A 5666 & TN 27 N0073 to enter the Anna Bus Stand, till such time the road condition is made good on the original course of road.
