ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there was a bomb throwing incident in the residence of the petitioners and a case has been registered in Crime No.9 of 2018 by the second respondent police.

4.In this regard, the police wanted to take statement from the petitioners and the respondent police do not intend to harass the petitioners.

5.The petitioners are directed to co-operate with the police enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry the petitioners shall not be harassed by the police.

called on a regular basis to the police station, more particularly, due to the fact that the incident has taken place in the residence of the petitioners.
