the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420 and 506(1) IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that based on the complaint given by one Jebaraj as against the petitioner, the respondent Police conducted petition enquiry in CSR.No.110 of 2023 and the same was closed.

3.In view of the above, there is no apprehension of arrest. Therefore, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed.
