O R D E R

The petitioner is seeking to challenge the rejection order of the request for conversion of single phase electricity connection to three phase electricity connection for the brick kiln business run by him.

2. The rejection was on the ground that there was a partition suit pending in O.S.No.26 of 2018, on the file of VI Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai, filed by the sisters of the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner would be given three phase electricity connection as requested by him, however, the same shall be subject to the result of the suit pending on the file of VI Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai in O.S.No.26 of 2018.

4. Recording the submission made on behalf of the respondent, this Court directs the respondent to give three phase electricity connection as requested by the petitioner in his application and the said electricity connection shall be subject to the result of the suit as aforesaid mentioned.

5. With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
