Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.5765/A2/2018 dated 11.01.2019 of the 1st respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to deploy any one of the respondents 3 to 5 herein in the Anganwadi centre in the Panchayat Union Middle School, Tiruchappur, Kulithalai Union, Karur District. Prayer in WP(MD). 14782/ 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.5765/A2/2018 dated 03.06.2019 of the 1st respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to deploy any one of the respondents 3 to 5 herein in the Anganwadi centre in the Panchayat Union Middle School, Nangavaram, Kulithalai Union, Karur District. ORDER :These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.PON RAMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MRS.S.SRIMATHY, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents No.

1 & 2 in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners drew the attention of the Court to the counter affidavit filed by the first respondent and submitted that the petitioners have been deputed temporarily to the present Anganvadi Centres and not deployed. 2.According to the petitioners, they have been shown in the vacancy position in the present Anganvadi Centres and they have been permitted to participate in the forthcoming general transfer counseling.

3.Therefore, till such time, the petitioners may not have any serious objection to continue in the aforesaid place. 4.Post the matters after one week.
