No.77/2021 dated 08.06.2021, and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the Detenue, namely, Mariyappan, son of Subbiah, aged about 50 years, now detained in Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty. [Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] Today when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per G.O.Rt.No.3315, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department, dated 26.07.2021, the detention order has been revoked.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
