The petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.193 of 2022, on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of his petition filed for declaration of marriage is null and void. 1/3
2. A perusal of "B" diary extract reveals that the respondent herein was set ex-parte twice and now the order of ex-parte has been set aside and it is posted for arguments to 29.04.2025.
3.Considering the above said facts, the the trial Court is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.193 of 2022, on or before 31.08.2025. 4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
