Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 1st Respondent in connection with the Impugned transfer order passed by him in his Proceedings in Na.Ka. No. 10737/C4/E1/2015 dated 02.03.2015 and the consequential impugned relieving order passed by the 2nd Respondent in his Proceedings Na.Ka. No. 519/A1/2014 dated 06.03.2015 and quash the both as illegal and arbitrary and direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue at Block Resource Centre, Kuruvukulam, thereby pay the arrears of salary from March 2015 onwards to till date within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN ,J ) This appeal arises out of an order passed by the learned Judge dismissing a writ petition challenging an order of transfer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Heard Mr.K.Sudalaiyandi, learned counsel for the appellant. 3.The appellant challenged an order of transfer dated 06.03.2015. Finding no ground to interfere with the transfer, the learned Judge dismissed the writ petition by an order dated 10.08.2015. As against the said order, the appellant has come up with the above writ appeal.
4.But even before the writ appeal could be filed, the appellant was placed under suspension by an order dated 22.09.2015. From 22.09.2015 till date, the appellant continues to be under suspension. Therefore, we see no reason to interfere with the order of transfer. Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P(MD) No.73 of 2016 is closed.
