2.This Writ Petition has been filed for transfer of enquiry. The petitioner is the complainant. He had lodged a complaint before the fourth respondent.

W.P.(MD)No.12118 of 2020 3.Considering the nature of the transaction, I am of the view that the matter has to be enquired into only by the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Ramnad. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to transfer the subject mentioned complaint from the file of the fourth respondent and entrust the same to the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Ramnad, at the earliest.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of on these terms. No costs.
