Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that with regard to the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 02.05.2022, after enquiry, the respondent police found that the matter is in civil in nature and hence, advised the parties to approach the civil court for appropriate remedy and closed the complaint.
