Meter, which is situated at Thirunelveli District, Radhapuram Taluk, Levanjipuram Village, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 04.06.2019, within time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.06.2019, wherein, the petitioner has sought for issuance of a joint patta in her name. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the subject properties were purchased by her father through registered sale deeds registered in the years 1942, 1948, 1960 and 1963 respectively. The further case of the petitioner is that her father died on 27.08.1983 leaving behind the petitioner and other legal heirs. It is stated that after the demise of her father, the petitioner and other legal heirs are in possession and enjoyment of the property.

3. The petitioner made a representation before the second respondent on 04.06.2019 seeking for the issuance of a joint patta in the name of the petitioner and other legal heirs with respect to the subject properties. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.

4. Heard Mr.T.Vadivelan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.06.2019 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties claiming right over the subject property, they shall also be issued with notice and an opportunity shall also be given to them.

6. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

7. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
