ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1, 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that making allegations that a patta has been forged by this petitioner, complaint has been given. To find out the truth, the above said patta itself has been forwarded to the Tahsildar, Anti Land Grabbing Cell, Manmangalam Taluk Office, Karur District, for verifying the genuineness of the above said document. Now it is stated to be pending before him.

3.Since the disputed document was forwarded to the competent authority for verification, let the parties appear before the Tahsildar concerned and produce all the documents available with them and give 2/4

their statements and workout their remedy. There is no question of police protection arise in this case.
