[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the daughter of the petitioner viz., Sivajothi, aged about 17 years, before this Court and hand over the custody to the petitioner.
2. The petitioner would state that the detenu was studying 12th Standard at Government Higher Secondary School, Melakottai, Thirumangalam Taluk, however, she was found missing from 11.07.2021. Despite complaint, no action was taken. Hence, the present Habeas Corpus Petition.
3. The second respondent police has produced the detenu from the Public Prosecutor office. On enquiry, the detenu would state that she is willing to go with her father, the petitioner herein. He https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
H.C.P.(MD) No.1022 of 2021 has also agreed for the same.
4. Recording the above said statements, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
