ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to grant medical imbursement of Rs.3,91,588/- along with 9 % interest from the date of claim made by the petitioner.
2. Heard Mrs.Lakshmi Gopinathan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2, 3 and 5 and Mr.C.Karthik, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the petitioner's claim for medical reimbursement was rejected by 3/7
the District Level Empowering Committee. The petitioner had taken up the matter on appeal to the State Level Empowering Committee and the petitioner's appeal has also been allowed and an order has been issued on 22.03.2022. Since the order has not been complied with, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
4. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent, on instructions, submitted that the order of the State Level Empowering Committee will be complied, in the event of the petitioner producing the relevant documents as required.

Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application through proper channel, in pursuant to the order of the State Level Empowering Committee, by submitting all the original documents and in turn, the third respondent shall forward the same to the fourth respondent along with the order of the State Level Empowering Committee for reimbursement and on receipt of the 4/7
same, the fourth respondent shall pass orders for reimbursement within a period of four weeks.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
