The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's property based on his representation, dated 27.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has made an application on 13.03.2025 for survey, based on a registered settlement deed executed in favour of the petitioner and his brother, dated 09.09.2024. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition in view of the inaction on the part of the respondents in conducting survey.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application, dated 13.03.2025 and representation, dated 27.03.2025 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve 2/4

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that any interested parties shall also be put on notice before survey is conducted and their objections if any, shall be heard and disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
