Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned tender notification in Na.Ka.No.1626/Aa/18 dated 13.12.2018 issued by the 2nd respondent insofar as Thamaraikulam, Karunkattan Kulam, Sotharanai Kanmoi, Kuppuchetti Kulam, Udayakulam, Sirukulam and Sipiliseri are concerned r/w proceeding in a.Ka.No.1626/Aa/2018 dated 04.01.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant lease of fishing right in favour of FMD-10 Bodinayakanur Fisherman Cooperative Society for the tanks situated within its jurisdiction based on the G.O.Ms.No.201 dated 19.10.2017 Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries Department.
