ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,341,294(b),307 and 302 of IPC in Crime No.101 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused due to previous enmity attacked the deceased with deadly weapons and caused his death. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.It is seen that there are totally 10 accused in this case and the petitioner herein is arrayed as A5. The petitioner along with other accused due to previous enmity with regard to adal padal program in a temple festival they decided to do away the life of the deceased hence all attacked the deceased with deadly weapons, due to which he sustained injuries and died. No.8011 of 2023 specific overt act Initially a case was registered under section 307 of IPC and the injured was admitted in the hospital and after the demise of the injured the case was altered to section 302 of IPC, therefore custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
