This petition is filed seeking leave to prefer the above Writ Appeal against the order dated 09.04.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.10170 of 2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and leave is granted. 4.Since in all these years festival was celebrated by all members in 14 clan, this year also, the festival shall be conducted by all the members of 14 clan.
