Mr.G.Rajaraman, learned Counsel, takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Though the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent permitting him to withdraw the Public Provident Fund amount, today (02.08.2018) when the matter was called the the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would be satisfied if his relief is moulded and his representation is directed to be disposed of.

4. It is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 17.07.2017 to the second respondent herein.

5. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2017 on merits and inaccordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
