The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order for substituted service of notice on the second respondent by way of paper publication in the Tamil daily "Malai Malar", having circulation in Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and also perused the records.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service for the second respondent by paper publication in Tamil Daily viz., Malai Malar, in Madurai Edition, indicating the date of hearing as 04.06.2026. The publication shall be effected on or before 23.05.2026.

4. Post the matter on 04.06.2026.
