Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is the hereditary Muthawalli of the Waqf. He wants issuance of the boundary certificate for the petition mentioned property so that they can avail electricity connection.

3. The stand of the respondents is that they have already issued such a certificate. It appears that it has been misplaced. When the petitioner's entitlement is not in dispute and there is also no rival claim, nothing stops the respondents from issuing one more certificate.

4. The first respondent is directed to issue boundary certificate as sought for by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
