Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition.

2. This Court, by an order dated 28.02.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3816 of 2020, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily twice at 09.00 a.m., and again at 07.00 p.m., till the case is concluded.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).

4. According to the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 05.03.2020 and investigation is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 21/09/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
