Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court directing the respondents to pay 18 percent interest for the belated payment of terminal benefits of PF Gratuity and unavailed leave salary payable to the petitioner from the date of his retirement i..e, 30.6.2018 to till the date of actual payment made to him ie., 21.9.2019 and all other attendant benefits to him within the stipulated period. This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order, dated 26.02.2020, made in W.P.(MD) No.3828 of 2020.
