ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 11.08.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.12107 of 2022. As per the orders of this Court, the second respondent was directed to complete the enquiry and pass final orders.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent points out that the second respondent is only an enquiry officer and after completing the enquiry, the report has been submitted before the first respondent [Director of School Education], who is the disciplinary authority.

3. In view of the above said facts, this Court does not find any reason to issue statutory notice. Hence, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the writ petitioner to approach the first respondent for appropriate relief. 24.11.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes BTR 2/4
