law by considering the petitioner's Application No.2025/0123/13/010998 dated 01.04.2025 in accordance with law and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of survey within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 for survey demarcate the four boundaries, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.04.2025.
2. I have heard Mr.P.Mahendran, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the third respondent. 2/5
3. The petitioner has already been issued patta, based on the registered documents executed in her favour. In view of the above, there can be no impediment for the authorities to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 01.04.2025.
4. This Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 01.04.2025 with the assistance of the 3rd respondent officials. The survey shall be conducted in the presence of the petitioner and also neighbouring land owners, who may be affected / interested parties and survey shall be proposed, after hearing their objections, if any. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
