ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the event of enquiry. 2.On 20.07.2021, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.151 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is purely money transaction involving civil issue and it was closed on 19.07.2021 and the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after closing of this complaint, the third respondent has given another complaint before the Thilagar Thidal Police Station.

3.Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has circulated the copy of the closure report by Thilagar Thidal Police Station, wherein it is stated that it is purely money transaction involving civil issue and it was closed on 19.07.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.9684 of 2021 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration and direction in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
