PRAYER:- For Bail in Crime No.19 of 2023 on the file of the respondent herein. ORDER:- The Court made the following order:- The petitioner is Accused No.2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.01.2023, for the offences punishable under Section 8(C) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B), 22(c) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 in C.C.No.44 of 2023 in 1/3

Crime No.19 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that based on the secret information, the respondent police conducted check up in Thirukkattuppalli bus stop. At that time, the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 1250 grams of DIAZEPAM powder. Hence the case.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that trial process has been completed and prosecution evidence was closed. The matter was posted on 05.06.2024 for questioning.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is not entitled for any relief before this Court. He has to face the completion of trial process.
