At the time of filing the bail petition, the petitioner was in Sub Jail, Manapparai and thereafter, he was transferred to Central Prison, Trichy. In order to correct the name of the prison, this petition is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
