PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Madamus, directing the first respondent ie., the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Sivagangai to allow the petitioner to retire and arrange to send pension proposals with holding sum of Rs.4,34,385/- from his DCRG within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court subject to the result of the Writ Petition in W.P(MD)No.15774 of 2014.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has given a letter to the Registry dated 02.06.2020 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. 2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
