ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner without following due process of law.

2.The case of the petitioner is that in respect of property in S.No.445 situated in Mavathur Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur, there was dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, in respect of which, Second Appeal in S.A.(MD) SR No.32141 of 2020 was filed by the petitioner and the same is not taken on file so far. The third respondent is not a party to the above said suit. However, based upon the instigation of the third respondent, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner to settle the issue.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) for the respondents 1 & 2.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry in C.No.20 of 2021 was closed on 18.07.2021 finding that it is purely civil dispute.

Crl.O.P(MD).No.9690 of 2021 5.Since the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further direction in this petition. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
