RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order for extension of time in CMP(MD) No.2930 of 2018 in CRP (MD) No.672 of 2018 to deposit the arrears of rent as claimed by the respondent herein to the credit of I.A.No.44 of 2012 on the file of the Principal district Munsif, Dindigul and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SELVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. H.LAKSHMI SHANKAR, Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted by this Court in CMP.(MD).No.2930 of 2018 in CRP(MD).No.672 of 2018 to deposit the arrears of rent as claimed by the respondent herein to the credit of the I.A.No.44 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, time for complying the condition imposed by this Court, dated 04.04.2018 in CMP(MD).No.2930 of 2018 in CRP (MD).No.672 of 2018 is extended till 13.08.2018.

3. This petition is ordered accordingly. It is made clear that the further extension of time could not be sought for by the petitioner.
