ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct the auction in a transparent manner after considering the representation made by the petitioner on 12.07.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate based on the written instructions received from the fourth respondent submitted that the auction was conducted on 13.07.2021 and it was confirmed in favour of one Veerasamy.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the auction being confirmed in favour of the third party, it will be left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
