Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.13 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in 1/3

the connection with the case in Crime No.13 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 11(1) and 12 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 08.04.2024, when the defacto complainant's daughters were roaming at their verandah, the petitioner came there without wearing any dress and on seeing the same, they fled away from that place. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submits that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner went to the defacto complainant's house for collecting rent and at that time, there was a dispute between them. Therefore, she lodged this false complaint against him. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police opposes for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the investigation is yet to be completed.

5. Considering the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
