O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take action for cancelling the assignment order issued in favour of respondents 4 and 5.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents produced a copy of the order dated 17.04.2021 passed by the second respondent rejecting the petitioner's request. It is for the petitioner to question the said order before the appropriate authority in the manner known to law.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
