The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 93 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.8,873/- in the above appeal in C.M.A(MD)SR. No.69014 of 2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the records.

3. It is evident from the records that the petitioner's earlier application to condone the delay in representing the appeal papers in CMP(MD)No.3963 of 2026 came to be allowed on 02.04.2026.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this petition is ordered.
