PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,to directing the first respondent to give suitable direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner at the instigation of the respondents 3 to 7 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2021 within the period as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to give suitable direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the seventh respondent by name Syed Mahboob Peeran. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the seventh respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.433 of 2021 and it was closed on 27.06.2021 observing that it is a property dispute and parties undertook to settle the dispute at Village level to divide the properties.

Since enquiry has been closed, there is no question of harassment at the instance of the private respondents. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of.
