This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the Page No. 1 of 4
respondents to conduct proper enquiry and to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, he sent a representation to the respondents for taking action for land grabbing as against one Muthukannu and others, but no action was taken. Therefore, he has filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that no any representation was received by the 2nd respondent. Earlier, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the 1st respondent and the same was forwarded to the Annavasal Police Station. Thereafter, they conducted enquiry and the same was closed. Therefore, this petition is liable to be dismissed.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the respondents also denied the receipt of representation of the petitioner and the petitioner also not filed any document to prove that the representation was received by the 2nd respondent, recording the above said submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed with Page No. 2 of 4
liberty to the petitioner to sent a fresh representation and on such representation, the concerned authorities shall take appropriate action in accordance with law without any delay.
