Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to implement the order passed in Lr.No.T7/115/2018 dated 10.07.2018 by the first respondent to settle the claim compensation as per the scheme Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) 2016-2017 to the petitioner's concerned within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

O R D E R

Mr.N.Shanmuga Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the first respondent. Notice to the second and third respondent is dispensed with in view of the nature of the order passed by this Court.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners, they are granted liberty to make a fresh representation to the second respondent seeking for implementation of the first respondent's order dated 10.07.2018 for settling the compensation and on receipt of the same, the second respondent shall consider the same on its own merits and pass appropriate order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
