PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue certificate for secondary school examination, 2018 for the roll number 4032151 to the petitioner's son, by considering the representation dated 06.03.2019.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to issue a fresh certificate for secondary school examination, 2018 for the roll number 4032151 to the petitioner's son.
2.According to the petitioner, he made representations dated 12.02.2019 and 06.03.2019 to the respondents 1 and 2 seeking to issue a fresh 10th class mark sheet to his son, by changing the name of his son as Sanjay.S instead of Sanju.S. But, on such representations no action has been taken till date. Hence, left with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.14875 of 2019 no other alternative, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for the relief stated supra.
3.In reply, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that after considering the petitioner's representations, an order was already passed on 10.05.2019. He further undertakes to serve a copy of the aforesaid order dated 10.05.2019 to the petitioner through e-mail, within a period of 2 weeks from today.
4.In agreement with the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 10.05.2019 before the appropriate forum, if he is so advised. No costs.
