RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court by an Order dated 05.07.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 8771/2021 in respect of the condition to appear before the Respondent Police at 10.30 A.M until further order and also permit the petitioner to report before the Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri at 10.30 AM or pass such other order.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUKUMAR.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8771 of 2021 dated 05.07.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 05.07.2021 with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders. He would further submit that the Inspector of Police, Kalakadu Police Station is relative of defacto complainant, therefore he is harassing the petitioner, hence he seeks modification of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the condition imposed on the petitioner directing him to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Valliyoor Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
