This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to duly consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.02.2025 and consequently to direct respondents 4 and 5 to provide police protection for the fencing of the petitioner's land. 2.According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 25.02.2025 to the fifth respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the fifth respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass order.

5.Considering the prayer of the petitioner, recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the fifth respondent, this Court directs the fifth respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order.
