COMMON PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.511 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent Police.
COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the first respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417, 420, 504, 506 r/w 34 IPC in Crime No.511 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that there was some dispute between the first accused and the defacto complainant, due to which, when the defacto complainant came to Madurai, the first accused along with other accused persons threatened the defacto complainant and attacked her parents. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they have nothing to do with the said allegations. She further submitted that Interstate Anticipatory bail may be granted to the petitioners to enable them to move to the appropriate jurisdictional Court in the State of Telengana for necessary relief.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant inter-state interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners for a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to enable them to move 2/4
to the concerned Court.
5. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioners for a period of six weeks, on condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within four weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioners shall approach the competent Court in the State of Telengana and seek appropriate relief.
6. In view of the above directions, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
