The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide all original certificates (ie., 12th Mark Sheet, 10th Mark Sheet and Transfer Certificate) belongs to the petitioner's daughter, namely, S.R.Thendral by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.05.2024 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for admission, Mr.M.P.Senthil, who takes notice for the 4th respondent, submits that the certificates of the petitioner's daughter are returned to the petitioner.

4. In view of the said submission, nothing remains to be considered further. Therefore, recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
