This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to promote the petitioner back to the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) and post the petitioner at the vacant post of Panchayat Union Middle school, D.Kombai, Reddiyarchathiram Block, Dindigul District.

2.The second respondent/the District Educational Officer, Vedasandur filed counter affidavit, wherein it is stated that there is a vacancy for the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) in the Panchayat Union Middle school, D.Kombai, Reddiyarchathiram Block, Dindigul District. The petitioner is the junior most B.T.Assistant in the third respondent Block and pursuant to the order of this Court, he participated in the general counseling and he was granted the said place. Further, it is stated that the prayer of the petitioner has been positively considered and the said place was blocked for the petitioner. But, in the light of the earlier order passed by this Court, he could not join in the aforesaid place. 3.The said statement made by the second respondent in the counter affidavit is recorded.

The petitioner is permitted to join in the aforesaid place as per the posting order issued by the District Educational Officer, Vedasandur, Dindigul District. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)No.11385 of 2019 is closed.
