No.747/17/B dated 21.06.2017 in respect of the request of the petitioners to issue separate in S.No.330/5 in Madakkulam Village, Thirupparamkumdram Taluk, Madurai as per the order dated 25.05.2017 in WP(MD) No.9996 of 2017on the basis of the settlement patta proceedings in SR.No.259/M.I.Act/MDU/1967 dated 15.12.1967 issued by settlement Tahsildhar and the judgment and decree of the civil court in CMA No.341 of 1968 dated 18.09.1972 within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court For Petitioner :

ORDER

Mr.V.Anand, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Though the petitioner sought for a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders on the second respondent's recommendation, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation is directed to be considered by the first respondent.

4. In view of the submissions made, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh representation intended to be submitted to the first respondent ventilating his grievances and on receipt of the same the first respondent shall consider the same and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
