ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent dated 19.03.2025 and consequently, direct the respondents to restore the Water supply connection to the buildings of AIOBC/TPJ and RPF Association/TPJ within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order was passed by the fourth respondent, without issuing notice and without conducting enquiry. Therefore, there is a total violation of principles of 2/5

natural justice. Hence, the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent is liable to be quashed.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed. The impugned order passed by the fourth respondent dated 19.03.2025, is hereby quashed and the matter is remitted back to the respondents. The respondents shall issue fresh notice and conduct enquiry and thereafter pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry. It is made clear that the petitioner is entitled to get water supply connection subject to the outcome of the enquiry. No costs. 07.07.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Vsg 3/5
