For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- For an Anticipatory Bail in Cr.No. 1954 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1) (s) and 3(2)(va)of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, in Crime No.1954 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
