ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No. 5(ii) in Crl.M.P. No. 540 of 2026, dated 01.04.2026 passed by the Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P.No.540 of 2026, dated 01.04.2026 to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- as non-refundable to the credit of the District Mediation Cenre, Ramanathapuram is onerous and this Court is inclined to set aside the said condition alone. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. 15.04.2026 Note : Issue order copy on 16.04.2026 PNM 2/4
