Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned vehicle. It is a lorry.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that the vehicle has been involved in two previous cases of the same nature. This is third occurrence.

4.Therefore, I am not inclined to exercise my discretion in favour of the petitioner herein. Leaving open the rights of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
