O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer in the Habeas Corpus Petition is to direct the respondents to produce the detenue namely, Tamaraiselvi, daughter of Pannerselvam, aged about 21 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue appeared before this Court through video-conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office. On enquiry, she would state that on her own volition, she left her parental home and married one Sathish on 7.7.2021. Now they are staying at Thiruvannamalai. She would further state that her love affair with Sathish was not accepted by her parents. She has further stated that she is not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4.In view of the above statement made by the detenue, this Court is of the opinion that nothing remains to be adjudicated in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
